Getting Started is Easy!
1. Download the Workout Video
Choose from one of many NüvaBar workouts created by Brenda Dykgraaf.
2. Choose Your Resistance Band
Choose your resistance band and load the Nüvabar, making sure that the end cap fits snuggly in the anchor. For additional information refer to your Quick Start Guide that comes with every NüvaBar.
We recommend starting with the light resistance band with the gray end cap. Refer to the Resistance Band video.
3. Choose to Stand or Sit
No matter what your age or fitness level, you can choose to sit or stand for every workout.
