The resistance and assistance of the NüvaBar is fantastic! I love the fact that I can go down and do a lunge or I could do a squat and the bar goes down and it actually lifts you back up!

The NüvaBar is the easiest piece of equipment I’ve ever owned! My favorite thing about the NüvaBar is how versatile it is. I can use it just about anywhere and it gives me a great workout! And, not only do I use the NüvaBar, but my wife who has some mobility problems has been using it for quite a while. And it’s been very beneficial and has helped her a lot!
