The NüvaBar currently offers four additional accessories. The Total Body Band is a tough, approx. 78” band that includes abrasion-resistant covering and two “hook and loop”attachments. The Wrist Weights weigh 1 lb. each and secures to thumb and wrist with an open-palm design. There is also our thickest band, called the “Extreme Band” and an anti-slip floor mat that measures 68”x 24”x 1/8” thick.

For best results, its recommended that the NüvaBar and its workouts be used at least 3 to 4 times per week, as part of a well-balanced, fitness program.
