Returns Policy

If you are unhappy for any reason with an item purchased from nuvabar.com, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

To return an item, contact us first for return shipping instructions at customer.care@staminaproducts.com or at 1-800-375-7520 during office hours.

Please note, if you purchased a NüvaBar item from a retailer, please contact that retailer for their return instructions. If you purchased a NüvaBar item from a retailer and need assembly assistance or assistance with a missing or damaged part, please contact us via email or phone and we can help.
