2. Choose Your Resistance Band
Please follow these simple instructions every time you install or change bands.
Choose Your Band – Beginners should start with the grey end cap to master the movements in Brenda’s free workouts.
- How to Assemble or Change Bands in Seconds
Snuggly fit the band’s end cap into the smaller tube’s end and place the resistance band inside the large groove. - Place the other end cap just above or beside the groove. End caps are designed wider than the groove.
- Now slide the two tubes together and snuggly fit the other end cap into the larger tube’s anchor. It’s that easy!

3. Aim for your Target Zone
After choosing your resistance band, start your workout while aiming the upper bar for the white, dark gray or orange colored Target Zones which are located towards the bottom of the smaller bar. Each of these colors represent increasing resistance and assistance. To start, aim for the white zone. For greatest resistance, push the upper bar all the way to the orange zone with each rep.
