The resistance and assistance of the NüvaBar is fantastic! I love the fact that I can go down and do a lunge or I could do a squat and the bar goes down and it actually lifts you back up!

And, not only do I use the NüvaBar, but my wife who has some mobility problems has been using it for quite a while. And it’s been very beneficial and has helped her a lot!
